About the Author:

Simone Kauffeld ist Professorin für Arbeits-, Organisations- und Sozialpsychologie an der Technischen Universität Braunschweig. Sie forscht zu Kompetenz(-entwicklung), Interaktionen in Teams und Dyaden, Karriereentwicklung und -Coaching sowie Veränderungen in Organisationen und macht ihre Arbeiten über die 4 A-SIDE GmbH u.a. durch die Umsetzung in IT-Tools der Praxis zugänglich.

Frerich Frerichs studierte Psychologie und Soziologie an der FU Berlin und promovierte an der TU Dortmund. Seit dem Jahr 2006 hat er die Professur für "Altern und Arbeit" am Institut für Gerontologie der Universität Vechta inne.
