Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Allgemeine Didaktik, Erziehungsziele, Methoden, Note: 1,3, Veranstaltung: Grundschulbildung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Immer wieder erscheinen in den Medien Nachrichten über Gewaltangriffe in der Schule. Die Jugend von heute sei wesentlich aggressiver und gewaltbereiter. Egal welche Art von Gewalt; alle Formen sind für die Opfer unerträglich. Vor allem Lehrer sind in ihren Klassen sichtlich überfordert und ratlos, wie sie gegen die Aggressionen der Schülerinnen und Schüler ankommen. Eine Art der Pädagogik, die sich mit dem Umgang von aggressiven Kindern und Jugendlichen beschäftigt, ist die Konfrontative Pädagogik. Durch intensive Konfrontation mit der Gewalttat, soll der Täter nachhaltig und erfolgreich lernen, mit seinen Aggressionen um-zugehen und sie nicht in Form von Gewalt an anderen auszulassen. Die Konfrontative Pädagogik nutzt dazu unterschiedliche Methoden wie z.B. Bootcamps. Diese Camps sind insbesondere in den USA weitverbreitet. Dort soll vor allem mehrfachauffälligen Straftätern aus der Kriminalität und Gewalt herausgeholfen werden. Das Konzept der Camps findet mittlerweile auch in Schulen Anwendung. Ein Beispiel ist die Glen Mills School in Pennsylvania. Diese Schule versucht junge Nachwuchskriminelle bereits seit Jahren mit Bootcamps auf den richtigen Weg zu bringen. Auch in Deutschland gibt es vermehrt ähnliche Einrichtungen wie z.B. die Akademie Lothar Kannenberg oder andere Erziehungscamps. Da bisher die pädagogisch-didaktische Methode in Form von Bootcamps bzw. Erziehungsschulen so noch nicht an Grundschulen erprobt wurde, beschäftigt sich die vorliegende Arbeit daher mit Konfrontativer Pädagogik und Bootcamps als Handlungsperspektive im Kontext der Grundschule. Diesem Thema soll im Folgenden nachgegangen werden, indem zuerst ein Überblick über Bootcamps und deren Anwendungsfälle gegeben wird.
