Universität Flensburg) (Germanistik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Grammatikunterricht ist einer der umstrittensten und meist diskutierten Lernbereiche im Deutschunterricht und in der Sprachdidaktik. Grammatikunterricht wird als Element des Deutschunterrichts stark kritisiert und die Notwendigkeit der Durchführung angezweifelt, da er bei Schülern als sehr trocken und ermüdend empfunden wird. Verwendete Termini der Grammatik finden im alltäglichen Sprachgebrauch der Schüler keinerlei Verwendung und stellen somit keinen Gebrauchswert dar. Ein Verfahren, was als überflüssig und demotivierend empfunden wird. Das Erlernen sprachlicher Fertigkeiten und auch Sprachreflexion sind in den Bildungsstandards fester Bestandteil und ebenso in Lehrplänen der Länder verzeichnet. In dieser Arbeit werden verschiedene Konzeptionen von Grammatikunterricht vorgestellt, die im Laufe der letzten zwei Jahrzehnte entstanden sind. Darunter sind der traditionelle, der situative, der funktionale Unterricht und die Grammatik- Werkstatt. Ist eventuell eine Entwicklung zu sehen, die zum sprachreflexiven Unterricht tendiert? Um dieser Frage nachzukommen, wird im letzten Kapitel dieser Arbeit die Reflexion über Sprache vorgestellt. Eine Frage, die die gesamte Arbeit begleitet ist, ob Grammatikunterricht eigentlich sinnvoll ist und inwiefern er den Schülern einen Nutzen bringt. Ist es eventuell sogar ratsam, dass Schüler über Sprache reflektieren ohne die Grammatik zu berücksichtigen? Diese Fragen werden in einer zusammenfassenden Schlussbetrachtung aus meiner Sicht beantwortet.
