Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Sonstiges, Note: 1,7, Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Masterarbeit widmet sich dem impliziten Wissen, das für das Gelingen der Arbeit im Rettungsdienst notwendig ist, sowie der Indexikalitäten und Entindexikalisierungsversuche, die im Rahmen Rettungsdienstlicher Kooperation zwischen den Mitarbeitern des Rettungsdienstes, der integrierten Leitstelle sowie den technischen Medizinprodukten auftreten. Notfallmedizinische Arbeit wird maßgeblich von dem Vorhandensein impliziten Wissen beeinflusst. Dieses Wissen lässt sich lediglich in seiner praktischen Anwendung produzieren und reproduzieren und entzieht sich meist jeglichen Versuchen der Explizierung. Beobachten lässt sich das vor allem in der Kommunikation und Kooperation der Rettungsdienstmitarbeiter. Vor allem mehrfaches Nachfragen sowie interne Abstimmungen zur Lage und notwendigen Aufgaben, lassen sich durch gemeinsam geteiltes implizites Wissen über die Arbeit, medizinische Hintergründe und die Situation selbst, auf ein Minimum reduzieren. Eine Erscheinungsform impliziten Wissens stellen Indexikalisierungen dar. Sie zeigen unter Berufung auf geteiltes implizites Wissen unterschiedlichen Inhalt von Aussagen an ohne diesen explizit zu nennen. Dadurch professionalisiert sich der Rettungsdienst und grenzt sich von Außenstehenden ab. Zeitgleich tragen Indexikalisierungen zu der Identifikation als Gruppenzugehöriger (zur Gruppe des Rettungsdienstpersonals) sowie zum flüssigen Umweg-armen Ablauf von Gesprächen innerhalb von Einsätzen bei. Entindexikalisierungsversuche sind bei Missverständnissen durch Indexikalitäten durchaus notwendig, sorgen aber für einen trägeren Ablauf von Kommunikation und können - zumindest sofern sie institutioneller Abstammung sind - herabwürdigend und deprofessionalisierend erscheinen. Eine Schaffung von Freiheit in bestimmten Ausprägungen von Indexikalitäten und die Vermeidung
