Am Beispiel der deutschen Bekleidungswirtschaft werden kooperative Organisationsmodelle vorgestellt, mit deren Hilfe derartige Strategien umgesetzt werden können. Darauf aufbauend werden für diese Risk-Pooling-Kooperationen die Kosten- und Gewinnverbesserungspotenziale mithilfe eines mathematischen Modellansatzes abgeschätzt und bewertet. Viele numerische Beispiele begleiten diese Analyse. Eine umfassende simulative Evaluation der gewonnenen Ergebnisse schließt die Arbeit ab.
About the Author: Der Autor: Ulrich Heil wurde 1972 in Schweinfurt geboren und studierte von 1992 bis 1998 Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Universität Bamberg. Anschließend arbeitete er über zweieinhalb Jahre als Koordinator im Konzernreporting. 2001 kehrte der Autor an die Universität Bamberg zurück. Dort war er als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Logistik und logistische Informatik tätig. Die Promotion erfolgte 2006.
