Um die Anwendung von Kreativität am Arbeitsplatz zu vereinfachen und zu systematisieren, bietet sich eine Reihe von Kreativitätstechniken an. In dieser Studie werden vier relevante Techniken selektiert, vorgestellt und auf Ihre Eignung zur Ideengenerierung hin untersucht. Des Weiteren werden organisationale Handlungsempfehlungen gegeben.
About the Author: Stilianos Efthimiadis wurde 1979 in Leverkusen geboren. Sein berufsbegleitendes Studium der Medienwirtschaft an der Rheinischen Fachhochschule Köln schloss der Autor im Jahre 2011 mit dem akademischen Grad Diplom Medienökonom (FH) erfolgreich ab. Bereits während des Studiums sammelte er umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in der Medienindustrie und erkannte schnell die Bedeutung von kreativen Lösungen für diese Branche. Seine Erfahrungen im Beruf motivierten ihn, sich der Thematik des vorliegenden Buches zu widmen.
