Diese Arbeit untersucht kulturelle Faktoren bei internationalen Unternehmenskooperationen speziell am deutsch-französischen Beispiel. Ausgangspunkt der Überlegungen bildet die Problematik der Interkulturalität in Bezug auf geschäftliche Zusammenarbeit, die durch verschiedene kulturbedingte Sichtweisen und unterschiedliche Handlungsmuster Konflikte in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit zur Folge haben und somit Geschäfte behindern kann. Aus den theoretischen Grundlagen werden französische Kulturstandards aus deutscher Sicht und explizite Beispiele deutsch-französischer Kooperationen analysiert. Anhand der Ergebnisse werden Handlungsempfehlungen für zukünftige internationale Unternehmenskooperationen abgeleitet, um deren Erfolg zu maximieren. Die Analyse verdeutlicht, dass eine Zusammenarbeit zwischen Deutschland und Frankreich sehr erfolgsbringend sein kann, da beide Länder über kulturelle sowie wirtschaftliche Gemeinsamkeiten verfügen, die eine Zusammenarbeit vereinfachen. Diese Art der internationalen Zusammenarbeit ist der Grundstein für eine erfolgreiche Globalisierung.
About the Author: Anne Hermann studierte Sprach- und Kulturwissenschaften mit der Vertiefung Unternehmenskommunikation und Kulturelle Wirtschaftsprüfung an der TU Dresden sowie der Sorbonne in Paris und schloss das Studium 2011 mit dem akademischen Grad Master of Arts ab. Während ihres Studiums und der Arbeit in Paris gewann die Autorin tiefe praktische Einblicke in die internationale Zusammenarbeit von Unternehmen und deren Kommunikation. Fasziniert von den Chancen in der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit schrieb Anne Hermann dieses Buch über die Problematik der Interkulturalität in Bezug auf geschäftliche Zusammenarbeit mit praktischen Handlungsempfehlungen. Mit ihrem kulturellen Hintergrund und ihrem Verständnis für zielgruppenspezifische Kommunikation arbeitet die Autorin heute im Marketing internationaler Unternehmen.
