Hierbei wird eine Brücke zur Rolle der Künstlichen Intelligenz in der gesamten Gesellschaft geschlagen, zu diesem Zweck sind auch die Modelle der Smart City sowie der Society 5.0 Inhalt der Arbeit. Diese Arbeit soll im ersten Schritt ein grundlegendes Verständnis über die Funktionsweise und die tatsächlichen Fähigkeiten der künstlichen Intelligenz vermitteln. Diese Analyse wird als relevant betrachtet, da auf globaler Ebene Führungskräften im Personalbereich häufig Kenntnisse über die tatsächliche Funktion einer intelligenten Software fehlen. Der Erwerb dieser Kenntnisse wird hier als bedeutend betrachtet, um das Potential der künstlichen Intelligenz für die Bereiche des Personalmanagements erfassen zu können. Die Darstellung der gesamtgesellschaftlichen Relevanz soll ein Bewusstsein für die Notwendigkeit der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Fachbereich der künstlichen Intelligenz seitens von Personalfachkräften erzeugen. Die Rolle des Personalmanagements als Teil einer die ganze Gesellschaft betreffende, durch die fortlaufende Entwicklung künstlicher Intelligenzen angestoßenen Entwicklung soll dargestellt werden. Erst auf Grundlage dessen können sich ergebende Chancen, bestehende Risiken sowie die zu bewältigenden Herausforderungen formuliert werden. Ein konkreter strategischer Ansatz zur Entwicklung eines Modells zur optimalen Bewältigung dieser drei Titelaspekte soll formuliert werden. Im Fazit sollen auf Grundlage der vorhergehenden Abschnitte mögliche künftige Entwicklungen, Konsequenzen und Handlungsschritte für das Personalmanagement diskutiert werden. Dabei wird besonderer Bezug auf Chancen, Risiken und Herausforderungen genommen.
