About the Author: Noel Crum is currently the principal at Johnson Central High School. He has over twenty years of experience in the field of education as he has served in the capacity of teacher, curriculum director, CTE principal, high school principal and district level administrator. He designed new career pathways which led to the creation of the Johnson Central Career and Technical Center where he served as the first principal. He has given numerous presentations across the United States on career pathways and youth leadership. He and his wife Stacy have three children (Reiley, Ally, and Sawyer) and live just outside of Paintsville, Kentucky.
Dr. Rocky Wallace is Associate Professor, Graduate Education, and is the Coordinator of the Principal Licensure Program at Asbury University. He is a former principal of a Kentucky and U.S. Blue Ribbon School, and has authored four previous books on the topics of principalship and servant leadership. He has also co- authored three other books on the connection between healthy relationships in the classroom and school culture. He and his wife Denise have two daughters, Lauren (husband Ely), and Bethany (husband Troy), and live on 16 acres in the country near Paris, Kentucky.
