About the Author: Brooks has a passion for health, fitness, and educating others dating back to his childhood. He began swimming competitively when he was six, was ranked 4th in the nation by the time he was ten, and went on to qualify for the Olympic Trials and NCAA's. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, an entrepreneur, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).
