Bei Entscheidungen iiber den Ausbau von Kraftwerken und fiber- tragungsleitungen sind verschiedene Einfliisse und Beziehungen zu be- riicksichtigen. Unter Umstiinden konnen von diesen die Charakteri- stiken der Anlagen und die zeitliche Reihenfolge der Errichtung wesent- Iich beeinfluBt werden. Deshalb sind diese in einem Verbundsystem herrschenden Faktoren und Beziehungen festzustellen und zu analy- sieren. Nur so ist es moglich, jene Anlagen zu bestimmen, deren Ausbau zu einem. gegebenen Zeitpunkt am besten den technischen und wirt- schaftlichen Forderungen entspricht. 1m vorliegenden Buch werden diese Faktoren und Beziehungen behandelt und untersucht. Anhand des Tagesbelastungsdiagramms werden die verschiedenen Moglichkeiten der Angleichung des Kraft- werkbetriebes an die Belastungsschwankungen dargestellt. Es werden Methoden entwickelt, wie man die Ausnutzung von Wasserkraftanlagen und die erforderliche Zusatzleistung der Wiirmekraftwerke ermittelt. AuBerdem wird die Abhiingigkeit der in einem Verbundsystem herr- schenden Verhiiltnisse vom Anteil der Wasserkraftenergie hesprochen. Auf Grund dieser Zusammenhiinge stellt der Verfasser verschiedene Forderungen auf. Und zwar: zur Sicherstellung der Stromversorgung der Abnehmer, zum Kriterium des energetischen Wertes von Wasser- kraftanlagen, zur AusbaugroBe von Wasserkraftwerken und Speicherun- gen, zur N utzung von Speicherungen, zur Bewertung der fibertragungs- und Umspannverluste, die durch ein gegebenes Verbundsystem beein- fluBt werden, zu den Fragen der Leitungshelastungen in einem System und zur Bestimmung der zeitlichen Reihenfolge des Ausbaues von Kraftwerken. Eingehende Kenntnisse der in Frage kommenden Einfliisse sind nicht mIi' fiir ausgebaute und entwickelte Verbundsysteme wichtig, sondern besonders fiir den Aufbau von Verbundsystemen in Entwick- lungsliindern von grundlegender Bedeutung.
