About the Author

Debashis sits on the global advisory board of Process Excellence Network and has held leadership positions in companies such as Unilever, Coca Cola and ICICI Bank. He is also the author of several other business books: Lean for Service Organizations and Offices – A Holistic Approach for Achieving Operational Excellence (ASQ Press, 2007), 5S for Service Organizations and Offices – A Lean Look at Improvement (ASQ Press; 2006) and Lessons in Six Sigma (Sage, 2004).

    A Thrilling But Totally Believable Murder Mystery

    Read this in one evening. I had planned to do other things with my day, but it was impossible to put down. Every time I tried, I was drawn back to it in less than 5 minutes. I sobbed my eyes out the entire last 100 pages. Highly recommend!
