About the Book

Life With Ethereal Visits Alga is a fictional character who takes you through actual encounters with those who have passed away but have not passed on. The names of businesses and those individuals who might be affected by the telling of these events have been changed to protect them. Being born within her caul, sensing ghostly visitations is only one part of her life that is akin to the paranormal world which Alga must put up with. The story takes you through her first encounter before she is even old enough for school through her most recent visit today. Perhaps fessing up to the activities of her gift will help others accept what they can sense also.
About the Author: Lynne Adams Barze' was born in the Faubourg Treme' area of New Orleans, just outside of the Vieux Carre' where her heritage goes back more than five generations. She began writing when she was ten years old with a poem she wrote and sent to John Glenn whom she later met at a Marine Corps Birthday Ball in the 1980's. She has formerly been a poet and observer of people and life of which she frequently wrote short stories and essays. She is also a freelance journalist. This is her seventh novel and she is well ensconced into the Paranormal/Science Fiction Mystery Genre. She lives with her husband in Picayune Mississippi where they are both active in The Picayune Writers Group, The Greater Picayune Arts Council, The Knights of Columbus Council 6872, St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, The Krewe of the Pearl Carnival Club, and Picayune Main Street. Their son has blessed them with a great daughter-in-law and three wonderful grandsons. After graduating from St. Mary's Academy and Delgado Community College, she enjoyed a thirty-year civilian career with the Department of Defense. In her second life retirement she opened Barze' Place Antique & Collectibles Mall in Picayune - she writes between customers. Web site: Author-Writer-Poet.net
