This book constitutes the proceedings of the 26th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries, TPDL 2022, which took place in Padua, Italy, in September 2022.  The 18 full papers, 27 short papers and 15 accelerating innovation papers included in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 107 submissions.
