About the Book

This book is a Bible-based account of what Jesus reclaimed for humanity at the cross as a result of the fall of Adam in the Garden of Eden, intending to understand God's purpose for creation, man's purpose, his responsibilities, freewill, and the noetic effects of sin. The book is interestingly put together to make the reader understand that God as eternal King, perfect in His creation, deliberately handed to Adam the garden of Eden (a kingdom) to dominate it and everything in it. But most unfortunate, a rival kingdom emerges in the serpent (Satan) and sadly humanity lost all its entitlements as God originally meant it to be. And from then on death became an inevitable reality, and all creation was subject to it, no one is immune to it. Worst still, any soul that dies without Christ, will experience eternal death. The Bible says, "the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 6:23).

In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve had a perfect relationship with God. but that relationship and union were broken when they rebelled against Him. They became aware of their sin and were ashamed before Him. They hid from Him (Genesis 3:8-10), and man has been hiding from God ever since. Hence the need for a redeemer who would restore mankind to its original state of communion with God became imminent. Because to God, love is the core of all morality and goodness. And the opposite is the choice of selfishness, which is the main reason for the Fall. Mankind lost sight of the highest purpose for which it were created. And the bible recorded that the "whole creation groans" (Romans 8:22), waiting for when Christ will return to liberate it from the cruel hand of death. However, God in His infinite mercy and love for mankind made a path for restoration through the atonement of the perfect blood of His only begotten son Jesus Christ. Because it is only through Jesus's righteousness that God can see us as righteous and sinless just as Adam and Eve were before they disobeyed and sinned. Romans 5:19 says, "For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous".

The book also discusses what humanity lost at the fall as a result of Adam and Eve's selfish choice, which was by extension imputed to their descendants. God's purpose in allowing man's spiritual death was based on His love, justice and purpose and was a rational and loving response to Adam's sin which will ultimately lead to redemption. Because without the supernatural regeneration by the Holy Spirit, all men would remain in their fallen state. But in His grace, mercy and loving-kindness, God sent His Son to die on the cross and take the penalty of our sin, reconciling us to God and making eternal life with Him possible. That is the grace we enjoy today as regenerated and born-again children of God.
The book further emphasizes God's original intention for mankind, giving a proper understanding of God, his purpose, his justice, his unmerited mercy, grace, and his love. The book also establishes the "work" that Jesus had to accomplish, that is: to restore mankind to its original status; to redeem humanity from the penalty of sin; to reconcile humanity back to fellowship with God; to restore humanity to a state of glory by giving them His righteousness as a gift of His amazing love and grace, and to restore man's communion, dominion, and rulership over earth, freedom from the kingdom of darkness under Satan's control, restoring righteousness, fellowship and relationship with God, particularly that which concerns the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross, that makes salvation and eternity for believers possible.

All these and many more are what you will gain insight into as you read this book.

As you read this book, may the Holy Spirit give you more insight.
