About the Book

Fantuzzi was born into the harsh streets of 1950s Spanish Harlem, New York. Surrounded by guns, drugs, prostitution and a cynical outlook on life, he made a leap at the age of 14 into a totally new existence. LSD, Yoga, the burgeoning Hippie culture of the 60s, Hindu mythology and spiritualism all played significant parts in transforming his existence. By the age of 16 he had left New York City for ever; heading out on the road without a penny to his name, he hitch-hiked around the whole of the USA twice before selling his guitar for a plane ticket to England and Glastonbury Faire. He travelled overland to India with a bohemian music-theater group called The Rainbow Gypsies, later formed his own group and eventually became a solo traveller. Twice bitten by rattlesnakes, he received the snake medicine as a divine message that sent him on a permanent global pilgrimage to share his love and connection to the Divine, to illuminate the same ecstatic sensuality in others, to disseminate fun, happiness, joyfulness. Fantuzzi's story is a unique melding of music, magical meetings, famous friends and mystical insights, not to mention some very steamy encounters with many beautiful goddesses along the way. This story will enthral, surprise, delight and inspire, it may even change your life.
About the Author: An extraordinary man, Fantuzzi has travelled the globe for approaching 50 years sharing his unique connection to spirit through celebratory song, original music, inspirational talks and more. Dropping out of the uninspiring school system at an early age, Fantuzzi embarked on the freely available education of life. He is a song-writer, performer, drummer, hippie, activist and cosmopolitan man comfortable on the streets or in the richest of venues. He has played with dozens of high-profile musicians from Bob Dylan and Joan Byez to Taj Mahal. Fantuzzi was at Woodstock in 1969 and Glastonbury in 1971, his festival & musical resume is as phenomenal as is his reach to people of all walks of life around the world.
