Ms. Fraser survived many harrowing experiences. She was
poisoned at three months old, raped at four years old, and
abused by a partner with a weapon. God healed her from
an eight-centimeter tumor spread on her spine. A high
school student physically assaulted her; she suffered from
five dislocated discs in her upper and lower back and two
dislocated discs in her neck.
Ms. Fraser is a licensed school social worker, a
psychotherapist for over twenty-five years, a special educator, a certified speaker,
a certified life coach, and a health and wellness coach. Ms. Fraser received the
Award for Designing the Creative Work Environment.
Ms. Fraser served on the Domestic Violence Advisory Board and the Beginning
Teachers Leadership Network. Ms. Fraser is certified by the Women's Commission
