About the Book

I feel I received an ancient calling to write this book. An ancient calling, "To help the people" that I received in a vivid dream my first night on the islands with my brother Donald. (the story in this book.) My fathers parents were from these remote island and Donald J. Trumps mother Mary A. MacLeod was raised among these ancient stones so I believe on his trips there he received this ancient calling too. "To help the people" and so I feel this is what drives him for what he is doing now. "The MacLeod's" introduces newly discovered ancient knowledge containing a powerful message for all humanity. In the spring of 1992, during a vacation to discover my family heritage, I went to a remote Hebrides Island off the west coast of Scotland, and uncovered structures and stone carvings of an ancient people that have left their traces in stone throughout Western Europe, Parts of Africa, and the Island of Crete. Yet presently these ancient structures are only known to our scientific community as mysterious stone structures, and rock art. At first I was intrigued about these ancient standing stones and mysterious rock carvings, as you may well be. Now after years of research I began to understand their message, and realized how important it really is. I have discovered that this ancient knowledge is a powerful positive philosophy that resides at the core of all of us. Telling us that our completed true self is already here. It is real, and right here within us, and we see it by opening up with our own natural love and understanding. And they show us with stone, light, and shadow that there is a better way of living, right here, right now. That we can find in ourselves, by fully opening our hearts and minds to understanding and love. And they tell us that all the troubles of the world and our own personal suffering are totally unnecessary. And the one single cause of all of it is, that we don't understand our own humanity. At the core of each of us is the knowledge of love, truth, happiness and forgiveness, and by opening to this knowledge we set ourselves free. The most important thing anyone may do for themselves and humanity, in their entire life, is to open to our true selves, and let the best in us come out. And as we do, our past sufferings, troubles, issues, and conflicts, will simply be forgotten. Opening to love and understanding is our awakening, our natural way of life. The people of the Scottish Highlands were ethnic cleansed long ago and most were forced to immigrate. Yet the people of the outer islands I was told, still live by the old ways and speak the old tongue. In asking them about how the people that stayed felt deeply about what they were doing my answer was, "they were waiting, waiting, and holding the land. Holding the land for when the people return." My dream is to return to Scotland someday and give away hundreds of copies of this book to give the people back the connection to there ancient culture and so a sense of who they are deep within themselves. And who all of us are deep within ourselves as well.
