In "The Magic Kingdom" we learn our thoughts become our reality, they actually shape our reality, and a positive mindset is the key to unlocking our inner magic. It is easy to get caught up in negativity, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs. To discover your inner magic, cultivate a positive mindset. We will learn like I did personally to practice self-awareness and monitor your thoughts. Challenge negative or self-defeating thoughts and reframe them into positive affirmations. You will learn as I did to surround yourself with positive influences through people, books, podcasts, or uplifting social connections. A positive mindset allows you to see the beauty and possibilities within challenges and hardships.
You will refer to it whenever you are feeling lost, anxious, overwhelmed, or feel like nothing will ever change. Lord knows I do this periodically. It is truly scary and can derail your progress temporarily. But never fear we are going to conquer the self-care dragons in the pages ahead. Self-Care or maintenance through-out your magical journey is a crucial part of this journey. Self-care is vital for discovering your inner magic.
