Diese Zusammenführung wird anhand des zuvor entwickelten Pro-zessmodells vorgenommen und soll einen Überblick darüber geben, wer die Träger des Lernens bei radikalen Innovationen sind, welche internen und externen Lernstimuli auf den Innovationsprozess einwirken, welche Lern-formen sinnvoll anzuwenden sind und wann Entlernen notwendig wird. Um die Arbeit abzurunden, werden abschließend strategische Ansätze genannt, die das Management dieser komplexen Prozesse transparenter machen und eine Anleitung zur Vorgehensweise geben sollen. Diese Arbeit greift ein bisher weitgehend vernachlässigtes Themengebiet auf.
