Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2014 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Arbeit, Betrieb, Organisation und Wirtschaft, Note: 1,3, Hochschule für angewandtes Management GmbH, Veranstaltung: Spezielle Herausforderungen der Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Studienarbeit im Teilmodul "Spezielle Herausforderungen der Wirtschaftspsychologie" ist eine Fallstudienanalyse und soll die Diskrepanzen und Überschneidungen zwischen wirtschaftlichen, sowie psychologischen Zielen aufzeigen. Sie gliedert sich in zwei Teile (Kapitel zwei und drei) und endet mit einem Fazit (Kapitel vier), welches u.a. die Betrachtung zweier Perspektiven (die organisationale und die individuelle) zusammenfasst. Teil eins (Kapitel zwei) bezieht sich auf den Text "Ein Tag am See" und Teil zwei (Kapitel drei) auf den Text "Die Erebus AG", welche in den Präsenzphasen bearbeitet wurden und nicht im Anhang dieser Studienarbeit zu finden sind.
About the Author: Die Autorin hat einen Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration. Sie ist derzeit an einer privaten Hochschule für den Masterstudiengang der Wirtschaftspsychologie (Schwerpunkt Training & Coaching) immatrikuliert und ehrenamtlich als Vorstandsvorsitzende des Vereins der Alumni und Förderer des Campus of Excellence e.V. tätig. Zunächst arbeitete sie - kurz vor und zu Beginn des neuen Millieniums - für verschiedene Unternehmen im Rhein-Main-Gebiet als Team- und Geschäftsleitungsassistentin. Sie fungierte darüber hinaus als Mentor und englischer "Teaching Tutor" für Erstsemester ihrer Alma Mater in Wiesbaden und leistete Öffentlichkeitsarbeit für die Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e. V. in Teilen von Bayern und Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie absolvierte ein akademisches Auslandjahr in Krakau (Polen) und arbeitete dort ehrenamtlich beim Österreich Institut mit. Im Anschluss daran wurde sie als Projektmitarbeiterin im Rahmen des Campus of Excellence e. V. (www.campus-of-excellence.com) bei einem mittelständischen nordhessischen Unternehmen in der Photovoltaik-Branche tätig. Nach einem kurzen Zwischenstopp in der Finanzbranche im Zuge einer Elternzeitvertretung absolvierte sie in 2010 ein Traineeprogramms bei einer Frankfurter Unternehmensberatung und stieg damit in die Personalberatung ein.
