About the Author: Daniel Vera, es Contador Público egresado de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina. Cuenta con un Posgrado en Administración Financiera de la Universidad de Belgrano y una Maestría Internacional en Auditoría y Gerenciamiento Empresario. Desde el 2004 al 2011 se desempeñó como Gerente Financiero y de Operaciones de la principal curtiembre de Latinoamérica, desde su convocatoria de acreedores hasta su traspaso a los nuevos accionistas. Desde el 2006 hasta el 2013 se ha desempeñado como Docente de Universidades Nacionales y Privadas. Ha sido convocado como disertante por varias Universidades de Argentina y la HBIF Florida (USA). Se ha especializado en la Consultoría sobre Estrategias y Negocios.
