The manual may be used for individuals, group activities, in the classroom, or community, and has been used multiple times in 2018 on a Global scale, with the 11 Days of Global Unity in partnership with WE, The World. The manual contains 13, 20-40 minute visualizations. Crafted by 25 year SEL pioneer and teacher Heidi Little, a performing artist, humanitarian and scholar specializing in self-love, inner guidance systems, consciousness and nurturing community through performing arts in Education. Heidi is also a International workshop artist, inspirational speaker and concert performer. Her work spans 3 decades in SEL and Trauma education in a variety of topics, all related to self love, family love, community love, and global love., Heidi's songs are published multiple times, and played across the planet in every country, she produces conscious events, is an award winning songwriter, the outreach coordinator for WE, The World/An Urgent Message from Your Children and the Co founder/Director and Platform designer for International Children's Month and it's yearly, free, thematic, online activities. About the Author: About the Author Heidi Monika Little (Aria Lightness) Heidi Little is a bachelor's and Master's Scholar, teacher and singer, specializing in self-love, inner guidance systems, consciousness and nurturing individuals and community through performing arts in community and in education. She is an International workshop artist, inspirational speaker and concert performer. Her work began in 1993 designing and creating in preventative, and nurturing, SEL and Trauma Healing education.
