Ist der Mensch böse? Die Frage nach 'Gut' und 'Böse' ist so alt wie die Menschheit. Immanuel Kant sagte: "Der Mensch ist von Natur böse." Dem widerspricht Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Er vertrat die Meinung, dass der Mensch von Natur aus gut sei, erst die Gesellschaft ließe ihn böse werden. Was stimmt denn nun? Eine der beiden Behauptungen oder doch beide, gegensätzlich wirkende? Hat der Mensch sowohl das Gute als auch das Böse in sich? Der Buchtext ist in drei Kapitel gegliedert: Mensch, Macht und Mörder. Mensch - Damit er sich und seine Art erhalten kann, scheint er lügen, tricksen, manipulieren zu müssen. Wohlgemerkt - ob es will oder nicht. Macht - Welche Rolle nimmt die Ausübung von Macht, Status und Kraft im Leben ein und wie wird sie praktiziert. Hier heißt es: Das Überleben sichern. Mörder - Es geht um Mord und Totschlag, um Attentat und Krieg. Der Mensch ist fähig zu Machtmissbrauch, Gewaltausübung, Mordhandlungen und vielen anderen Straftaten mehr. Der Buchtitel "Mensch Macht Mörder" lässt sich auch so lesen: "Der Mensch macht den Mörder". Das soll heißen, dass der Einzelne und/oder die Gesellschaft den Nährboden bietet, das unschuldige Neugeborene auf böse Wege zu bringen. Bewusst werden sogenannte 'Szenische Rekonstruktionen' (fiktive Geschichten und Interviews) eingefügt, damit sich die Leserin, der Leser in die Gedankenwelt und die Gefühlswelt einzelner Personen und Situationen hineinversetzen kann. Sie sind manchmal bewusst 'schockierend' geschrieben, um Anstöße zum Nachdenken zu geben. Denn: Jeder kann mithelfen, die Zukunft ein wenig 'liebevoller' werden zu lassen.
