About the Book

Liora, a soul in heaven is born into the physical world, growing up as a toddler, she is bitten by a snake and has delayed reactions for months afterwards, one day getting out of bed, she falls and fractures her arm, she displays her purple cast like a soldier displaying his purpleheart medal, she has all her family, classmates and teachers sign her cast.

Liora throughout her life, she 'Picks up' the distinct types of love, meanings, and attitudes, and applies them to her way of life.

In grade school, she assists her classmates and gets noticed by the school board; she is given an award.

As a teenager she is beaten and locked up by an older neighborhood kid, her aunt and uncle teach Liora, her brother and sister self-defense.

She joins a girls' softball team, and is overly aggressive, but the referees do not notice her aggressiveness, but they win games.

Liora is asked to the prom by Joe, but Phil, the one she likes better, asks her on the following day, one day too late, but she, her friends, Phil, and Joe, still hang-out and dance at the prom.

Liora and Joe go out on several dates, on one date, when they're at the zoo, he tries to touch her, where she doesn't want to be touched, she does not allow the touching, she tells Joe to take her home, on the way to her house, he pulls off the main road and attacks Liora, several times she yells at Joe to "stop", and she yells "no" to Joe, but he will not stop, keeps attacking Liora, but with her training, she defenses herself and beats up her assailant, an hour later Joe's mom and dad arrive at Liora's parent's house, Joe's mom calls the police on Liora, when asked if she was attacked, she shows the police and everyone her torn blouse, with the missing buttons, and with Joe's blood on her blouse, Joe's mom attacks one of the officers, Joe and his mom are arrested.

Liora graduates from high school, she goes to college on a full scholarship, her roommate Tessa teaches Liora her language, she in turn teaches her roommate English, Phil is in the same college as Liora.

After college Liora joins the military, one day after a mission, while flying back to the aircraft carrier, her plane is shot down, Liora is wounded, she's mistreated by the enemy, then she is transferred to a field hospital, where her college roommate is the doctor and treats Liora. As she recuperates, the service gives her a metal, a purple heart, for her service.

After the service Liora goes to work for a huge corporation, where she advances up to full partnership, Liora advances the corporation far beyond their expectations.

Liora has started losing bids, to other companies whose bids are the same as her offers on different projects, Liora is kidnaped, but with her knowledge from what Liora has picked up from a child, she turns her abductors into her favor, doing what she wants them to do for her, she employs her abductors, and they find the reasons for her losing projects.

Liora and Phil marry, they have an awkward first two nights, on the third night they consummate their marriage.

Liora's mom passes away, then Phil passes away, Liora takes both passings extremely hard.

Liora remained childless throughout her life, she cared for her nieces, and nephews as her own, after many years, she retired, many years later, she passed away.
