About the Book

Synopsis: With their World's demise hanging in the balance, the Mision offered a new life. With a handful of ambitious pioneers bravely blazing the way, making it safe for others to follow. An intriguing adventure into uncharted space set the stage for new horizons. Only commissioning the best would ensure success.

Attention, Attention: All Personnel prepare for dis-embarkment.

Peter Sullivan was never one to hit the ground running, and this moment was no exception. His eyes were blurry, stumbling, and confused; he wondered if he was dreaming.

The sleep shift was chaotic and confusing when the ship alarm system went off. What's happening!? Everyone seemed to chant as they ran in a panic.

Has anyone seen my wife? No time to question, one of the pilots yelled.

Peter kept asking the frantic crew as they ran by him, looking back at him as if he was crazy.

Was he?!!!! His family was aboard Weren't they? As he ran down the smoke-filled corridor to the docking bay, he could hear the panic and desperate screaming, Abandon ship!!!! Quickly! Quickly!

Has anyone seen Lisa? Peter screamed as he quickly boarded the shuttle. The kids were kept somewhat of a secret from most of the crew. Peter squeezed his hands and prayed they were with their mother.

Autobiography: Gary has always had a passion for writing, and being an avid Artist, Musician, and part-time critic has fueled that passion.

He has developed a unique writing style. His stories touch on science for a compelling perspective and still allow your imagination to lead the way.

Gary is a part-time musician who has followed his writing dream. Dabbling in songwriting, acting, and painting, his passion for science, and his love for realizable fiction, have brought forth this story. His good characters are warm, loving, and easygoing. His bad guys? Not so much.

His life's knowledge stems from diverse work experiences. From blue collar to blue jeans, he has seen life through the Windshield of a long-haul truck, at the wheel of a warehouse forklift, behind the lens of a portrait camera, and operating a computer design software, all while delving into the beautiful world of fiction.

Honing and perfecting his writing since early 1980, he has engaged his audiences, giving them the power of imagination, mating the plausible with the possible. Thanks to the universal love for fiction, he brings you The Mission.
