About the Author: Lars Herrmann, Dipl. Verwaltungswirt (FH), Master of Arts (TU) wurde 1967 in Hannover geboren. Sein sozialwissenschaftliches Zweitstudium der Personalentwicklung / Organisationsentwicklung schloss der Autor im Jahre 2013 mit dem akademischen Grad 'M.A.' und dem Gesamtresultat 'Sehr gut' ab. Bereits im Vorfeld seines beruflichen Werdegangs sammelte der Autor umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen der Personalpolitik, -führung und der Ausbildung von Personal. In Verbindung mit dem nebenberuflichen Studium an der Technischen Universität Kaiserslautern war so eine Einbezugnahme praktischer Erfahrungen in die Theorie und umgekehrt neuester theoretischer Kenntnisse in die unternehmerische Praxis, dessen fortlaufende Evaluation und ständige Verbesserungen möglich. Der Autor möchte lernbereite Unternehmen / Organisationen und lernbereite Mitarbeiter dazu einladen und motivieren, sich der Thematik des vorliegenden Buches zu widmen, um seine Impulse auch in ihre berufliche Praxis einzubinden.
