Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Sozialpädagogik / Sozialarbeit, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Götz Werner, Gründer der deutschen Drogeriemarktkette dm sagte einmal: "Menschen unter Druck leiden unter ihren schöpferischen Möglichkeiten". Mit diesem Zitat möchte ich meine Hausarbeit beginnen, da sich auch meine Ausarbeitung unter anderem mit Unternehmern wie Götz Werner intensiv beschäftigt hat. Jenem Unternehmer, der es nicht nur geschafft hat seine Drogeriemarktketten in ganz Deutschland erfolgreich zu vertreiben, sondern der gleichzeitig durch seine dialogische Unternehmenskultur ein Exempel für eine gelungene Mitarbeiterführung statuiert hat. Doch nicht nur dieser Führungsstil, sondern auch die systemische Unternehmensführung, die unter anderem durch den Pionier Peter Ulrich bekannt wurde oder das Reifegradmodell nach Hersey und Blanchard sollen in diesem Zusammenhang vorgestellt werden. Denn alle drei Modelle kennzeichnen sich zwar durch verschiedene theoretische Hintergründe und Grundlagen aus, auch ihre Auswirkungen auf Mitarbeitende sind unterschiedlich, jedoch haben sie alle einen positiven Einfluss auf die Organisationen und deren Mitglieder. Doch was genau ist so besonders an den verschiedenen Führungsmodellen, was genau macht sie aus und warum wirken sie sich positiv auf die Unternehmen aus? Mit diesen doch sehr umfangreichen Fragen möchte ich mich in meiner Hausarbeit: "Mitarbeiterführung in sozialen Organisationen" intensiv auseinanderzusetzen. Doch nicht nur diese Themenschwerpunkte sollen bearbeitet werden, da Mitarbeiterführung in sozialen Organisationen mehr als nur die reine Anwendung der verschiedenen Modelle beinhaltet. Auch andere Themenkomplexe, die in diesem Zusammenhang von Bedeutung sind, sollen vorgestellt und bearbeitet werden.
