About the Author: John Cote grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 1987. He then joined the United States Marine Corps and served as an Officer and Naval Aviator for 10 years, attaining the rank of Major. After completing his service, he was hired as a pilot with a major U.S. airline. In 2009 he started a new company, Rocket Social Marketing which provides social media, video and mobile marketing expertise for business owners, authors and speakers. His first book was released in September 2012 and made it to #1 on the Amazon Best Seller list in Direct Marketing during October 2012. It is titled: Mobilize Your Customers - Create Powerful Word of Mouth Advertising Using Social Media, Video and Mobile Marketing to Attract New Customers and Skyrocket Your Profits John has been married to his wife Jennifer for over 20 years and their entrepreneurial nature has led them to start several companies together.
