About the Author: Bertrand Jouvenot a participé aux débuts du Web. Il a démarré sa carrière en 1996 chez Club-Internet où il a lancé l'un des premiers espaces shopping on-line. Il a ensuite rejoint Alcatel comme chef de produit et a lancé l'un des premiers téléphones Internet en Europe. En 2000, Bertrand Jouvenot prend la direction de l'activité e-business de plusieurs des enseignes du groupe PPR, au sein d'une division de Redcats. Il devient ensuite responsable marketing opérationnel de Celio et décroche pour la marque, le Grand Prix Stratégie 2006 et le prix Phoenix UDA. Il devient plus tard directeur de la communication de la maison Cerruti. Fort d'une expérience marketing, communication, CRM et digitale, au sein de secteurs complémentaires (luxe, mode, distribution...) Bertrand Jouvenot est aujourd'hui consultant indépendant. Bertrand Jouvenot est diplômé de l'Executive MBA de l'Institut Français de la Mode. Il est également l'auteur du Journal de BJ au bureau, aux Editions Maxima, traduit en Chinois et en Coréen, et de Managing Softly paru chez BookSurge. Bertrand Jouvenot a enseigné le marketing et animé des séminaires consacrés à Internet à l'IFM, en écoles de commerce et à l'université.
