Ce livre présente plusieurs conceptions de systèmes rectenna pour des applications dans différentes gammes de fréquences. Une antenne à résonateur diélectrique cylindrique (CDRA) est utilisée pour présenter des polarisations circulaires gauche et droite. L'antenne est utilisée pour alimenter le réflecteur afin d'augmenter son gain dans une certaine direction. Les composants du circuit de redressement sont conçus. Différentes conceptions de diodes géométriques à base de graphène couplées à des nano-antennes pour la collecte d'énergie infrarouge (IR) sont étudiées. Les caractéristiques I-V des diodes géométriques à base de graphène sont calculées par la simulation de Monte Carlo. Une nanoantenne dipôle en forme de losange couplée à une diode géométrique pour la récolte d'énergie à 19,4 THz est utilisée avec une diode géométrique en forme d'arc qui est placée dans l'espace entre les bras du dipôle pour produire une tension de sortie de 16,5 µV. Deux approches pour améliorer la tension de réception de la récolte d'énergie des nano-antennes sont étudiées. Un trasmitarray transparent est utilisé pour concentrer les ondes électromagnétiques sur la surface de la nanoantenne couplée à la diode géométrique. et un arrangement Yagi-nanoantenne est utilisé pour améliorer la directivité de l'élément unique qui est couplé au réseau.
