About the Book

This book presents Motion, Momentum, Speed, and Friction in completely new ways. Forget what you have read in traditional physics texts, this book provides the more accurate (and more intuitive) explanations. There will be no mathematics. Instead, we will be looking at physical entities (such as molecules and energy strings) as they perform their real world activities. Furthermore, there are many new concepts here. This book is part of the New Physics, where I bring physical science to a completely new level of understanding. In particular, major new concepts presented include: the cause of motion for objects, the meaning of momentum, the physical entity of friction, and a more precise understanding of the speed of light. Topics discussed in this book include: - The Process of Motion understood using Atoms and Energy Strings - Momentum explained through Atoms and Energy Strings - Self-Propelled Objects - Energy versus Speed - Energy Transfer Processes - Stationary, Faster, and Slower Objects - Sudden Stops and Turns - with Results on Passengers - Energy Flows in Multiple Directions - Observable Motion and Observable Momentum - Friction Understood as Physical Entity - Coefficient of Friction explained Physical Entities - Friction and Momentum in the Same Situation - Speed of Light: Constant Energy versus Constant Speed After reading this book you will understand motion, momentum, and friction much more accurately. You will be able to apply these concepts, intuitively, to any situation involving motion.
About the Author: Mark Fennell is a science author and educator, known for explaining complex topics in ways that anyone can understand. Mark has published over 60 books, most of which are on energy technologies, electromagnetic energy, gravity, atomic particles, and basic physics. Mark is also a discoverer and innovator in the arena of energy science. Mark has developed a new model of gravity which can lead us to the Unified Field. This model of gravity is the only model which works at all scales, and which is able to combine magnetism with gravity. Mark has developed new models of particles which will update the Standard Model of particles. He has written a paper on simplifying quarks (from the many to just a few entities), and which directs scientists to the Unified Field Solution. Mark has also solved many puzzles regarding electromagnetic energy, including the wonder of particle-wave duality (which eluded both Einstein and Bohr). Other EM solutions include: the cause of frequency, the cause of the speed of light, and the detailed structure of the photon. Mark also has created 20 inventions, each of which are related to energy. Yet, Mark's writing and teaching style is also very accessible. His writing style is conversational, and students enjoy the way he explains concepts in a simple manner. As one mentor said: "Mark's teaching style is such that an infant can understand, yet a genius will not be bored." Mark is currently working on a series of books which will update Newton, taking our understanding of physics to the next leap forward.
