Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 1,0, Hochschule Mittweida (FH), Veranstaltung: Methodenprobleme der BWL, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit behandelt ein Thema aus dem Bereich des Personalmanagements, der Personalentlohnung, was aus Sicht der Betriebswirtschaftslehre als Faktor zur Steuerung der Produktivität gesehen werden kann und in den Bereich der Allgemeinen BWL einzuordnen ist. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es zu untersuchen welche Formen an monetären Anreizsystemen es bereits gibt und zu prüfen ob und inwieweit diese für den Einkauf anwendbar und adaptierbar sind, sodass eine Einführung in den Einkaufsbereich möglich ist. Dementsprechend liegt der Fokus dieser Arbeit auf dem Bereich der Literaturrecherche und der anschließenden praxisbezogenen Prüfung bzw. Adaptierung auf den Einkauf. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, wird am Beginn der Arbeit auf die Frage. "Was ist Motivation?" und die Grundlagen eines Anreizsystems näher eingegangen. Nach dieser theoretischen Einleitung werden in der Praxis gängige und übliche Formen monetärerer Anreizsysteme dargestellt und inhaltlich erläutert. Anschließend folgt eine Untersuchung welche Grundanforderungen an ein monetäres Anreizsystem allgemein gestellt werden bzw. werden sollen um folglich zu Prüfen, ob die Systeme diesen Anforderungen, im Bereich des Einkaufs, nachkommen können. Abschließend wird anhand von Praxisbeispielen dargelegt, wie Anreizsysteme in der Praxis für den Einkauf gestaltet werden könnte um Gleichzeitig auf Herausforderungen bei der Schaffung eines Anreizsystems hinzuweisen. Es ist ausdrücklich nicht Teil dieser Arbeit die Wirksamkeit von monetären Anreizen auf Mitarbeiter zu untersuchen, da dies einerseits im vorgegebenen Rahmen von ca. 20 Seiten nicht möglich und es andererseits unzählige Studien für und gegen die Wirksamkeit von Geld als Motivator auf die Leistung des Individuums gibt.
