Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Führungsstile, Note: 1,5, Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Mannheim, früher: Berufsakademie Mannheim, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Bachelorarbeit werden ausgewählte Instrumente zur Mitar-beitermotivation vorgestellt und kritisch analysiert. Als Ausgangsbasis werden im ersten Teil zunächst einige Grundbegriffe zur Motivationspsychologie defi-niert, die für das Verständnis der Thematik notwendig sind. Dahingehend wer-den zudem einige bekannte Motivationstheorien vorgestellt. Im Zusammenhang zur Steigerung der Mitarbeitermotivation werden im weite-ren Verlauf der Arbeit verschiedene theoretische Ansätze zur Mitarbeiterführung im Unternehmen dargestellt. Neben definitorischen Abgrenzungen werden auch Ergebnisse empirischer Studien in die Abhandlung integriert. Es wird der Ver-such unternommen, die Zusammenhänge zwischen verschiedenen Führungs-stilen und der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, darzulegen. Weitergehende Erkenntnis-se ermöglichen in dieser Hinsicht eine gezielte Analyse des Führungsverhaltens und die damit verbundenen Auswirkungen auf die Mitarbeitermotivation. Im Hauptteil der Abhandlung werden ausgewählte Motivationsinstrumente der der betrieblichen Praxis vorgestellt. Dabei werden unterschiedliche materielle und immaterielle Anreizinstrumente, hinsichtlich ihrer motivationsfördernden Wirkung, analysiert. Ziel ist es, zu klären, inwiefern Interdependenzen zwischen materiellen und immateriellen Anreizsystemen vorhanden sind und wie geeig-nete Motivationsinstrumente identifiziert werden können. Im Ergebnis wird deutlich, dass vor allem immaterielle Komponenten eines Anreizsystems langfristig die Motivation und die Leistungsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter determinieren. Ein abschließender Exkurs zum Thema Mitarbeiterbindung stellt die gegenwär-tige Problematik vieler Unternehmen nochmal dar.
