Activities and Plot Twists from My Fair Cat
Activities
The story teaches a main lesson (life is full of surprises) followed by activities to reinforce it, including extra challenges and things to talk about:
- Your Own Obstacle Course - use imagination to set up your own obstacle course
- Where You Go, I Go! - use creativity to develop your own slogan or saying for you, your friends, your family, etc.
- What's in Rocky's Mouth - Revealed - use your past work to see if your prediction was correct (the prediction was made in Book 3, ROWLF!)
- Scope and Tell - use imagination to make a telescope and describe all the neat things you see through it
- Angel Tail Twister - use practice to get faster at Angel's fun tongue twister
Plot Twists
Fassa and Angel go off the path to their happy ending. Complete a simple task to help them learn a lesson and get back on track:
- Eight Paws are Better than Four - give "high fives" and "low feet" and yell "Teamwork" to encourage Fassa and Angel to solve problems as a team
- Roll with the Punches - do a somersault to encourage Angel to enjoy the changes in her day rather than be disappointed by them
