Vielmehr ist nun von der amerikanisierten bzw. internationalisierten Form Human Resources (HR), HR Generalist und HR Manager die Rede. Während sich bei diesen Bezeichnungen eigentlich in der Aufgabe wenig geändert hat, sondern dies eher einem globalisierten und internationalisiertem Mainstream geschuldet sind, werden ebenfalls die Begriffe HR Service und HR Business Partner genutzt. Hier reicht eigentlich keine einfache Übersetzung mehr aus, da im Personalmanagement diese beiden Begriffe neue Aufgaben und Ziele definieren. Besonders problematisch ist die Abgrenzung des HR Business Partners vom klassischen Personalreferent und Personalleiter. Auf welcher Ebene wird er überhaupt eingesetzt, und wie sieht er sich selbst? Welche Möglichkeiten und Grenzen bieten nun die neuen Rollen des HR Business Partners und des HR Service. Der Bereich HR Service soll in dieser Arbeit nur am Rande thematisiert werden, da dieser eine unmittelbare Folge des HR Business Partners und als unterstützender Dienstleister für die Personalabteilung zu verstehen ist. Die Unternehmensführungen stehen vor der Frage, welchen Veränderungen das Personalmanagement unterliegt, und welche Innovationen umgesetzt werden sollten. Genau an diesen Punkten konzentrieren sich die Hauptprobleme einer zukünftigen HR Aufstellung. Sofern die Unternehmensführung nicht weiß, welchen Veränderungen die Personalarbeit unterliegt und nicht erkennt, welche Chancen der HR Bereich entfalten kann, bezwecken neue Begriff
