L'analyse des conversations permet-elle de relever les composantes de la langue orale des affaires et leur ajustement aux situations et aux différentes cultures ainsi que les caractéristiques des cycles négociatifs ? Enfin, des objectifs d'apprentissage, approches méthodologiques et procédures d'évaluation, modulés en fonction des situations et des discours étudiés, mais aussi des compétences de compréhension et d'expression nécessaires sont proposés aux enseignants qui assurent ce type de formation.

Il intervient régulièrement dans des universités et grandes écoles européennes.
