Examensarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Hochschulwesen, Note: 2, Technische Universität Darmstadt (Pädagogik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: E-Learning hat in den letzten 15 Jahren verstärkt Einzug in Bildungsinstitutionen gehalten. Ob Schulen, Fachhochschulen oder Universitäten - E-Learning gestützte Lehre ist kaum mehr wegzudenken. Dabei ist eine Fülle an verschiedenen Angeboten entstanden, Computer Based Trainings, Web Based Trainings, das Bereitstellen von Skripten und Übungsblättern auf Servern bis hin zu ausgeklügelten Lernplattformen. Die Fülle an Produkten ist groß und in ständigem Wandel ebenso wie die Verwendung unter methodischen und didaktischen Aspekten die in der Lehre von Bedeutung sind. E-Learning, so die ursprüngliche Idee sollte Kosten sparen, Lehrpersonal entlasten und so zu einer besseren, effizienteren Lehre führen. Dies hat sich so kaum erfüllt. Dabei hat sich eine gewisse Beliebigkeit in der Auswahl an Medientechnik und Medien eingestellt. Dem wird verstärkt mit Qualitätssicherung begegnet. Diese ist meist jedoch wenig ausgereift, selektiv und nicht empirisch belegt. Die Folgende Arbeit stellt daher zwei "solide" Evaluationsinstrumente, das HILVE II sowie das E-Learning Label der TU Darmstadt dar und stellt die jeweiligen Vorzüge dar. Ergänzend wird die Perspektive entwickelt welche weiteren methodischen Ansätze zu einer besseren, nachhaltigeren Qualitätssicherung wünschenswert waren. Meine langjährige Erfahrung mit dem E-Learning Label fließt hier ein und stellt die Probleme zwischen theoretischem Konzept und praktischer KOnzeption exemplarisch dar. Im Fokus steht abschließend die qualitative Verbesserung durch Peer-Reviews und neue Methoden der Evaluation.
