Za dodatnu strukturu, bogatstvo i hranjivost dodaju se jaja - cijela, samo zumanjci ili samo bjelanjci. Vazno je koristiti jaja iste veličine.

Na kraju, kako bi kolači bili ukusniji i zanimljiviji, dodajte orasaste plodove, suseno voce, arome, začine, pa čak i svjeze voce.
