About the Book
My heart skipped a beat during a conversation with a retired colleague when she said, "I'm still trying to find my place in the world." The questions that came to my mind were:
Could it be that my friend has allowed negative challenges to discourage her? Did she give up too easily on herself, or could it be that she is holding on to a "negative" belief that she does not have the power to find her place in the world. This occurrence encouraged Euneata Payne to work harder in her profession as human resource training professional. She promised that she would do her best to help others overcome negative challenges in their professional and personal life. Drawing on her personal experience and 22 years of training and consulting, Euneata writes about the important role that communication plays in managing difficult situations -- how acceptance of negative emotions and anger management can result in exceptional personal and professional development. Euneata Payne explains how to remove negative barriers to goal achievement. This opens opportunities for greater fulfillment, productivity, and positive relationships.
Negative Turns is designed to help readers remove roadblocks that may stand in the way of their reaching their full potential.
