Daniela Galimberti got her degree in Biological Sciences in 1996 and her PhD in Neurological Sciences in 2004.
She is the Chief of the Laboratory of the Alzheimer Center at the Policlinico University Hospital (Milan, Italy). Her main interests include genetics and bio-molecular aspects of neurodegenerative disorders (Alzheimer's disease, Frontotemporal Lobar Degeneration) and demyelinating diseases (Multiple Sclerosis).
Dr. Galimberti is the Chair of the subcommittee on Dementia of the European Neurological Society.
She is author of 195 scientific articles in international peer-reviewed journals, 10 chapters in international volumes, and more than 250 contributions to conferences. He serves as reviewer for several neurological journals. She is a Senior Associate Editor of the "Journal of Alzheimer's disease".

He is the Chief of the Alzheimer Center at the Policlinico University Hospital (Milan, Italy). He serves as reviewer for several neurological journals. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Neurology and is an Associate Editor of the Journal of the Neurological Sciences.
