About the Author: Author Jay Nachlis shares the backstage stories and celebrity encounters of his radio career. Nachils was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA where his family owned a furniture store with an incredibly catchy jingle until 1999. He moved to San Francisco at age 5, and really grew up in the City, not like those people that say they're from San Francisco but actually live in Petaluma.

Young talent under his tutelage have gone on to successful careers in large markets as Program Directors, consultants, marketers, and morning show hosts.
