A pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio de um estudo de caso no Empório GreenCare, onde desenvolveu-se o levantamento das atividades da empresa para avaliar sua forma de atuação dentro dos parâmetros de sustentabilidade; e foram aplicados dois questionários voltados para consumidores e profissionais, com o objetivo de fazer uma análise das relações de consciência ambiental no parâmetros de consumo e atuação empresarial, proporcionando uma visão do atual mercado e de que maneira os resultados podem ser utilizados em benefício da empresa foco do estudo.
