About the Author: Elke Schwarz (Hrsg.) ist Marketingexpertin und Geschäftsführerin des Instituts für Sales und Marketing Exzellenz sowie der Pharma-LOTs. Sie beschäftigt sich vor allem mit den Themengebieten Neuro-Sales und -Marketing sowie mit Methoden des "Emotion Selling", hält Vorträge zum Thema unbewusste Wirksamkeit von Werbung, berät Unternehmen wie auch Werbeagenturen und gibt Vertriebstrainings. Zudem ist sie Verfasserin des bei Springer Gabler erschienenen Buches "Neuro-Advertising" (2018) und Co-Autorin von "Emotion Selling" (2. Auflage 2015).
Dr. Hein-Uwe Kulpa ist ehemaliger Leiter Training des Pharmakonzerns Astra-Zeneca, jetzt selbstständiger Berater.
Sabine Herr ist ehemalige Leiterin Trainingsabteilung des globalen Medizintechnikunternehmens DJO, jetzt selbstständige Beraterin.
