Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 1,3, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Hausarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung einer Shop-Strategie für einen selbstständigen Unternehmer. Dieser vertreibt handgemachte Keramik über einen eigenen Onlineshop. Ziel ist die geeignete Auswahl von weiteren Vertriebskanälen. Anhand von Vor- und Nachteilen wird beurteilt, ob der Einzelhändler den Onlineshop als einzigen Vertriebsweg weiterbetreibt oder um einen Onlinemarktplatz oder ein Ladengeschäft erweitert. Laut einer Studie des Statistischen Bundesamtes kaufen bereits vier von fünf Deutschen im Internet ein. Die Hälfte der Bestellungen wird für Kleidung, Schuhe, Accessoires und Sportartikel getätigt. Auch Lebensmittel werden mehr und mehr online gekauft. Doch es gibt große Unterschiede, welcher Anteil der Bevölkerung online einkauft. Denn mit steigendem Alter sinkt die Bereitschaft zum Onlineeinkauf. Für den größten Teil am Onlineshopping in Deutschland sorgen die 25- bis 44-Jährigen. Durch die Corona-Pandemie wurde die Bewegung von Offline zu Online noch verstärkt. Denn im Jahr 2020 stiegen im Vergleich zum Vorjahr die Onlineeinkäufe um 40 Prozent. Dies ist auch auf die zwangsweise Schließung der Ladengeschäfte vor Ort durch die Pandemie zurückzuführen. Doch "der Trend zum Onlineshopping wird auch nach Corona bleiben ...", ist sich Volker Koppe, Head of Digital bei Visa, sicher. Doch dies muss nicht zwangsweise das Aus für Einzelhändler bedeuten. Denn eine Kombination aus stationärem Handel und Onlinehandel kann Einzelunternehmer gegenüber der Onlinekonkurrenz sogar stärken.
