Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 1,0, SRH Hochschule Riedlingen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Auslöser dieser Praxisarbeit ist, dass der Fehlermanagementprozess für die produktiven Systeme (Alle Rechner bei denen Inkassoanwendungen produktiv mit realen Daten arbeiten) der zentralen In-Exkasso Abteilung (VS-H-Z-IE) der Versicherung Service AG, nicht verbindlich dokumentiert ist. Dies führt dazu, dass der Prozess nicht von den Mitarbeitern von VS-H-Z-IE (Kunden) gelebt wird und zu unterschiedlichen Verfahrensweisen im Umgang mit Fehlern führt. Eine Möglichkeit einen Fehler zu melden und zu dokumentieren, ist das IT-Programm "VSMP". Die Benutzung von VSMP setzt ein Fachwissen der IT-Begrifflichkeiten voraus und kann nicht direkt durch den Kunden erfolgen. Hierzu ist eine Fehlerbeschreibung an den internen VS-H-Z-IE- Bereich Projekte / IT entweder per E-Mail, Telefon oder persönlich zu übermitteln. Dieser gibt die Fehlermeldung in VSMP ein und leitet diese an den zuständigen Bereich des IT-System-Dienstleisters Versicherung Systeme AG (IT-Dienstleister) weiter. Aufgrund begrenzter Ressourcen beim IT-Dienstleister, kommt es kaum zu Rückfragen bezüglich der Fehlerbeschreibung. Vielmehr wird diese verständlich, komprimiert und mit der Angabe einer abgestimmten Priorität erwartet. In der Praxis kommt es regelmäßig zu Bearbeitungsfolgefehlern, da die Fehlermeldung falsch interpretiert, analysiert und priorisiert wird. Als Konsequenz werden die Fehler falsch oder überhaupt nicht gelöst. Die andere Verfahrensweise ist, den Fehler direkt per Telefon oder E-Mail an den zuständigen Bereich des IT-Dienstleisters weiter zu leiten. Wobei hier nicht gewährleistet wird, dass die Korrespondenz dokumentiert und der Aufwand des IT-Dienstleisters erfasst wird. All dies führt dazu, dass sich Fronten zwischen dem Kunden und dem IT-Dienstleister aufgebaut haben. In diesem Spannungsverhältnis steht der Bereich IT-Proj
