Doch wie verhält es sich genau mit der Organisation des Unterrichts? Lehrer können die Organisation des Rederechts im schulischen Unterricht beispielsweise sehr offen gestalten und ihre dominierende Rolle bezüglich der Redeanteile abgeben und den Schülern die Verantwortung über die Zuteilung der Redebeiträge im Unterricht überlassen. Genauso gut kann die Themensteuerung aus der Perspektive des Lehrers auf verschiedene Weisen konstituiert werden. So hat der Lehrer beispielsweise die Möglichkeiten nach dem "laissez-faire"-Prinzip vorzugehen und egal, was komme, die Schüler einfach machen zu lassen. Diese Themensteuerung entspräche einer formalen Ordnung. Typische Satzstrukturen dieser so genannten formalen Themensteuerung wären zum Beispiel "Was meinen die anderen?" oder "Was will uns der Autor damit sagen?". Die vorliegende Arbeit soll die Sprechwechselorganisation, im Speziellen die Themensteuerung aus der Perspektive der Lehrenden im schulischen Unterricht untersuchen. Im Aufmerksamkeitsfokus stehen somit die kommunikativen Verhältnisse in der Schule, deren institutionelle Organisation in einem ersten theoretischen Teil erläutert werden soll (Kap. 2). Darin soll zudem geklärt werden, welchen Einfluss die Institution auf die kommunikativen Verhältnisse haben kann. Nachdem also die institutionellen Voraussetzungen geliefert worden sind, wird die Organisation von Unterricht näher erläutert (Kap. 2.2). Das Unterrichtsgeschehen wird in diesem Kapitel differenziert vorgestellt.
