Im Management Development ist bisher, bezogen auf das organisationale Lernen, die «machtvolle» Beziehung zwischen Führungskraft als Machthaber und unterstellter Nachwuchs-Führungskraft in der Betrachtung der Lernprozesse vernachlässigt worden. Die vorliegende Arbeit erkennt diesen Mangel und richtet ihr Interesse im Rahmen einer systemtheoretischen Begründung zunächst auf die Macht innerhalb von Wirtschaftsorganisationen. Darauf aufbauend werden organisationale Lernmodelle von Argyris/Schön, Hedberg, Duncan/Weiss, Senge und Harald Geißler auf deren Berücksichtigung von Macht analysiert. Anhand eines Praxisprojekts entwickelt der Autor im Rahmen der Aktionsforschung eine Interventionsmethode zur Verbesserung der Kommunikations- und Kooperationsstrukturen zwischen Machthabern und Machtunterworfenen in Organisationen. Das entwickelte Modell des «Leadership-loop-learning» stellt für alle Verantwortlichen im Management-Development eine praxiserprobte Methode zur Beschleunigung organisationaler Lernprozesse dar.
About the Author: Der Autor: Ulrich Spandau, Jahrgang 1956, Studium der Pädagogik (Erwachsenenbildung, Organisationspsychologie) an der Universität der Bundeswehr München, Promotion in Hamburg bei Prof. Harald Geißler. Nach verschiedenen Führungsfunktionen in der Bundeswehr seit 1987 in leitenden Funktionen in Konzernen der Bauindustrie, im Medienbereich und zuletzt im Energiesektor als Führungskräfteentwickler, Organisationsentwickler und Berater tätig.
