About the Book

Organization Development (OD) is a process to bring in changes in terms of strategies, structures and technology in an organization, for positive growth and better sustenance of it, in an ever-changing corporate world. About the Author

C.S.G. Krishnamacharyulu (PhD) is Director, RVS Institute of Management Studies and Computer Applications, Puducherry, and Former Professor and Head, Department of Management Studies, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. Dr. Krishnamacharyulu, a gold medalist in MBA has been a resource person for several training programmes, workshops and conferences. He has published many papers in national and international journals, and has authored many books on Management.

Lalitha Ramakrishnan (PhD) is Professor and Head, Department of Management and Centre, Pondicherry University—Karaikal Campus. Dr. Ramakrishnan has over 20 years of academic experience and has received Best Teacher Award from Andhra Pradesh State Government in 2007. She has authored many textbooks on Management.
