About the Book

The purpose is only providing some material to read and relax through entering the flight of imagination to a different world of humor.A tinge of humor has been imparted throughout the book to make reading light and enjoyable. This is intended to provide relaxation to the readers. In real life it is not difficult to come across persons who always want to get the best of both worlds and in a win win situation. Loss is never known to them because of their cleverly manipulated strategies of sophisticated exploitation perfected as an art. There are individuals who always are blessed by fortune. They fully believe in the proverb "fortune favors fools." But their thrust is on making others fools. This is facilitated by carefully choosing their friends who are willing to function like door mats. By communicating in honey dipped or sugar coated words and language they win the confidence of friends and acquaintances always giving them the impression that they are sincere to the core and their friendship is a feature one can always bank upon. They never deplete their financial resources for meeting their daily needs and acquisitions but always find their kitty full and if at all it is temporarily depleted the gap is filled by overfilling through strategic means. They do not have any financial problem. If at all any such problem arises they manage to see that soon it becomes somebody else's problem. They are carved out to be finance ministers of governments or finance managers of organizations bringing fantastic benefits in terms of results and resources conservation. Such a genius gets everything free by structured circumstances which are of his creation and innovative engineering skills. For want of a better term and drawing from the colloquial language such a person is called an Ossiculturist. For easy reading and convenience this expression is abbreviated as OC. The origin of the unabridged expression is from a native language, which means, "free of cost." The beneficiary has no real intention of incurring any cost from his pocket or personal funds for the services or goods received, often forcibly but tactfully and at times on occasions hosted by friends, not making any effort to pay. It is more than that. The OC avoids making payment even if others give him an opportunity or creates a situation for him to pay. He circumvents it through ingenious methods. He has developed and mastered this art of free acquisition bringing it to the level of an intriguing mysterious philosophy of life. Nowhere else and in no dictionary one will find this expression which is the exclusive creation of the author. The behavior, manipulative techniques and the harvesting of benefits by the OC through such efforts make interesting reading. It makes the philosophy an interesting branch of fund management for it reveals the secret of keeping one's funds safe at the same time attaining one's immediate financial needs, living happily without any feeling of guilt, fully on others. The thrill of achievement with immense benefit and satisfaction is an added bonus for his exemplary performance. This operation and display of valuable skills needs a large circle of friends who will allow the victims to become unsuspectingly the soft targets for the practitioners of this grand though gullible philosophy. The OC knows the need for cultivating this skill and develop an ever widening circle of friends located all over the country. .He takes care to classify them under ABC . The practitioners of this grand but baffling philosophy which may surprise even the most intelligent Fund Managers considered as Financial Wizards, belong to different categories. Some acquire these traits right from birth as part of their inheritance, develop and perfect it through experience, innovation and age. Some others earn the title by accepting discipleship from an expert who has lived and proved the veracity of this philosophy gaining the status of a role model and a celebrity.
